Aiming at the process of preparing sodium hydrosulfide from industrial hydrogen sulfide, especially from industrial hydrogen sulfide from petrochemical acid gas, a method for removing the odor of sodium hydrosulfide solution is provided. Industrial hydrogen sulfide, especially hydrogen sulfide from petrochemical acid gas, contains some odorous organic and inorganic impurities (such as aromatic substances, saturated hydrocarbons, sulfur-containing compounds, etc.), which are difficult to remove. The sodium hydrosulfide prepared from this hydrogen sulfide has peculiar smell and affects the product quality. This method not only has simple process operation and low requirements for equipment, but also improves the quality of industrial sodium hydrosulfide solution, further improves its practical value, greatly meets the requirements of customers and market, and has great social and economic value.
The specific technical scheme adopted is: add 0.5% – 1% composite adsorbent (one or more of activated carbon, carbon fiber and industrial multi wall carbon nanotubes) with the mass of sodium hydrosulfide solution into the industrial sodium hydrosulfide solution, stir and react at 30 ℃ – 60 ℃ for 2-5h, and then filter to obtain tasteless sodium hydrosulfide solution; Wherein, the composite adsorbent is composed of the following components: 1 part by weight of adsorbent and modifier (it is a crown ether modifier selected from any one of 12-crown-4,15-crown-5,12-crown-4,2,2-dimethyl-15-crown-5.): 2-5 copies; The preparation method is as follows: disperse the adsorbent in the modifier, stir at 30-40 ℃ for 30-60min, filter, and then dry at 30 ℃, so as to obtain the composite adsorbent. After modification, the adsorption capacity of the composite adsorbent is more prominent, the adsorption speed and adsorption capacity are greatly improved, which reduces the treatment time and the use of adsorbent. At the same time, it will not affect the content of sodium hydrosulfide or introduce other impurities. The composite adsorbent can be removed by filtration.
The method treats sodium hydrosulfide, has little effect on the content of sodium hydrosulfide, effectively adsorbs aromatic hydrocarbons, saturated hydrocarbons, sulfur compounds and other odorous substances, so that the obtained sodium hydrosulfide has no odor, and improves the use value of the industrial sodium hydrosulfide.
